Chivalry and Chauvinism

We follow the leader who leads effectively, or the leader who leads by example.

Got pwned this mounting on many levels... though I am glad that I decided not to join in the emotion venting.. It would have been ironic to gain the right to go to cell group through arguments and contention.

It's funny... When I receive a compliment from my shift mates, I really feel my pride swell... haha...
